it's AB

AB is universal recipient. meaning he can receive from anyone
O is universal donor. meaning he can given anyone.

Answer is AB blood group.
If you have both A and B markers on the surface of your cells (type AB blood), your body does not need to fight the presence of either.
This means that someone with AB blood can get a transfusion from someone with A, B, AB, or O blood.

  • isaaq: A person with type AB blood can (usually) safely receive transfusions from people of type AB, A, B, or O. Properly, universal recipient is AB+, since for them it doesn't matter if the donor is Rh positive or negative.
    while O group is universal donor.
