If someone misarrange his/her name during d JAMB registration by maybe writting his first name, middle name and surname instead of surname, first name and middle name as required by d JAMB would that effect him/her and he/she has finished d registration?

Yes it will affect you. what you will do is to do jamb correction of data which will commence after the utme exam.

You must arrange your name in the right order therefore you must correct it.

Yes all you need to do is to text correct space surname space first name space middle name to 55019 If it is the same number you are using again.

Yes,it needs to be arranged how it is in your waec result,you can't use your surname as name, it will implicate you during admission/clearance.
if jamb start selling the correction of data form you need to go and correct that mistake.
