My grade for English and Math was upgraded after the review of the 2025 waec...

My grade for English and Math was upgraded after the review of the 2025 waec result.
I've done the uploading since on the 14th of August but it hasn't reflected. However, I did the uploading for the first result before the upgrade so, it is still the old grade that is reflecting.
what could be the problem?please my school post utme screening deadline is on Friday.?
