I recently purchased the activation code for the MySchool CBT app. However, I have not been able to activate the app successfully.
I have entered the code I received, but it is not accepting it, and I’m stuck on the activation screen. I’ve tried several times, restarted the app, and even checked my internet connection — but the problem still persists.
