No, you require history but if you have government you can use it in lieu of history.
Unizik o'level requirements for history.
5 O' level credits to include English Language , History/ Government/ Social Studies and any other 3 subjects obtained at not more than two sittings.

The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study History;
You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include History and English Language.
UNIZIK always require a credit pass in literature.
