there are 3 blue balls out of 9
there are 9-5 balls which are not red
...
(i)Pr(blue)=no.of blue balls/total no.of balls=3/9
~1/9 to d lowest terms.
(ii)Pr(not red)=1-Pr(red)
But Pr(red)=no.of red balls/total no.of balls=4/9
Therefore,Pr(not red)=1-4/9 Which is 5/9 after finding l.c.m
