The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) hereby informs the general public that the result checker portal, accessible via waecdirect.org is temporarily shut down due to technical issues.

The Council is currently working assiduously to resolve the situation and restore full functionality to the portal. It is our expectation that candidates will be able to access their results within the next twenty-four (24) hours.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and kindly urge all stakeholders to bear with us during this period.
