NOTE:

1. Applicants for BASIC MIDWIFERY programme MUST have at least five (5) credits including English Lan- guage, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC or NECO but one (0) sitting in NABTEB

2. Applicants for COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY programme MUST have at least four (4) credits including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, and anyone (1) of Chemistry or Physics at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC or NECO but one (0) sitting in NABTEB.

3. Combination of WAEC & NECO, WAEC & WAEC or NECO & NECO is allowed. NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO or another NABTEB.

4. Applicants for COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY programme MUST be an indigene of Katsina State.

5. Awaiting Result is NOT ACCEPTED
