The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB), has revealed that about 316, 132 have been registered in the ongoing 2021 UTME registration while about 8, 490 candidates have been registered for the Direct Entry as of April 25th, 2021.

The board also revealed that the number of candidates who have indicated interest in sitting for the mock UTME is 126,402,

Meanwhile, candidates who could not generate their profile code to register for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination because of poor or network failure from telecommunication service providers will get a refund, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has said.

The board said this doesn’t apply to candidates who entered the wrong code while trying to generate their profile codes for registration.

The board equally revealed that it will introduce the use of USSD code as an option to the SMS process of generating a profile code for registration from April 30.
