Further to our Circular referenced IAUE/REG/256/VOL.V/289 dated 22nd March, 2022, I am directed to once again announce to the UNIVERSITY Community particularly all students admitted in the 2021/2022 academic Session that the Matriculation Ceremony for this set of students is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 23rd April, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. prompt. However, all Matriculants should be seated by 9.30 a.m. The venue is the University Auditorium, Rumuolumeni Campus.

All Matriculants who have duly registered, paid fees and paid for the hire of the matriculation gown should collect their gowns from their respective Faculty Officers from Wednesday, 20th April, 2022. All part-time students are requested to collect their Matriculation gowns from the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) at the St. John’s Diobu Campus, but join their various Faculties in the procession and Matriculation.

In compliance with the Covid-19 Safety Protocols and to ensure the protection of every member of the University Community, every participant (Staff, Students and Officials) must wear Face Mask throughout the Ceremony.

All Matriculating students must sign the Matriculation Register, as no unsigned number will be recognized by the University.
