The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host its 113th Inaugural Lecture on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026. The much-anticipated academic event will be delivered by one of Nigeria’s leading experts in public health parasitology, Professor Sam Olufemi Hanacho Sam-Wobo.

Professor Sam-Wobo, a distinguished scholar with qualifications including HND (RUST), BSc, MSc, and PhD (Abeokuta), is a Professor of Public Health Parasitology & Epidemiology in the Department of Pure and Applied Zoology, College of Biosciences, FUNAAB.
