ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. B.Sc ACCOUNTING: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
i. Candidates must possess five (5) credits at WASC/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two Social Science subjects.
ii. GCE A’level in Accounts or Economics and at least one other Social Science with a Minimum of 9 points.
iii. HND with at least Upper credit from approved Polytechnics or College of Technology.
iv. ND from approved Polytechnics or Colleges of Technology with a grade not Lower than Upper credit.
v. Foundation/Intermediate certificate in relevant Professional Bodies such as ICAN, ACCA and ANAN.

2. B.Sc BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME

i. Candidates must possess five (5) credit at SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Commerce and two Social Science subjects at not more than two sittings.
ii. A’level or HSC pass in Management, Economics and at least one other subject with a minimum of 9 points.
iii. HND or ND with a grade not lower than upper credit.
iv. Foundation/Intermediate Examinations passes of recognized professional bodies like chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (CIMN) or chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (CIMN).

3. B.Sc BANKING AND FINANCE: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME
i. Candidates must possess five (5) O’level credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two Social Science subjects.
ii. GCE A’ level in Accounts or Economics and at least one other Social Science subjects with a minimum of 6 points.
iii. HND with Upper credit obtained from recognized Polytechnics or Colleges of Technology.
iv. OND from recognized Polytechnic or Colleges of Technology with a grade not Lower than Upper credit.
v. Foundation/Intermediate certificate in relevant Professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA and ANAN.

4. B.Sc MARKETING: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME
i. Candidate must possess five (5) O’level credit passes at not more than two sittings which must include, English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two Social Science.
ii. A level passes in Management, Economics and at least one other subject with a minimum of 6 points.
iii. HND or ND with a grade not lower than Upper credit (ND) and lower credit (HND).
iv. Foundation/Intermediate Examinations passes of recognized professional Bodies such as Chartered Institute Management or Chartered Institute Management of Marketing CIMN.

2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME IN THE FOLLOWING:

This is for post ND and post HND Candidates.
i. Five (5) O’level credits which should include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and any other subject.
ii. ND at least Upper credit in the Engineering programme of choice. This is for post ND applicants.
iii. HND at Lower credit in the programme of choice. This is for post HND
applicants.
iii. Holders of HND at Lower credit from closely related department/Programes may be admitted if the applicant has a minimum of ten (10) post HND graduation work experience from related industries.
iv. Candidates for the post HND must in addition have NYSC/Exemption certificate.

FACULTY OF SCIENCE
1. B.Sc COMPUTER SCIENCE: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME

i. Five O/L credit passes at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any two of Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Geography.
ii. At least two GCE ‘A’ Level passes which must include Mathematics and Physics with a minimum of 6 points
iii. A National Diploma with a minimum of upper credit or Higher National Diploma with a minimum of lower credit or a with a minimum credit in any of the following;

a. Data Processing
b. Computer Engineering
c. Information System/Information Technology
d. Engineering Technology,
e. Mathematics Education/Physics Education/Computer Science Education.
iv. First degree of Delta State University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Delta State University.
v. Credit passes in at least two subjects at the National Certificate of Education (NCE), which must include Computer Science and Mathematics or Physics.
vi. DELSU Diploma in Computer Science Education with a merit pass5

FACULTY OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCE
INTENSIVE

INTENSIVE PROGRAMMES
1. B.Sc ACCOUNTING: 2 YEAR INTENSIVE PROGRAMME

I. Candidate must possess five (5) O level passes which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two Social Science/ Management Subject.
II. HND from any approved Polytechnic with at least Lower Credit.
III. Passes of recognized professional bodies of ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, ACA.
This category is expected to have done the mandatory NYSC/Exemption certificate.

B.Sc ACCOUNTING: 3 YEAR INTENSIVE PROGRAMME
I. Candidates must possess five (5) O’level credit passes which must include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two Social Science/Management subjects.
II. ND in approved Polytechnic or College of Technology in Accounting with a grade not lower than Upper Credit.

2. B.Sc BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: 2 YEAR INTENSIVE PROGRAMME
I. Candidate must possess five (5) credit at SSCE to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Commerce, One Social Science subject and any other subject in Arts, Science and Social Science.
II. HND with a grade of Lower credit in Business Studies or Business Management.
III. NYSC/Exemption certificate.

B.Sc BUSINESS AMINISTRATION: 3 YEAR INTENSIVE PROGRAMME
I. Candidate must possess five (5) credits which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Commerce, One Social Science subject and any other subject in Arts, Science and Social Sciences.

II. ND with a minimum of Upper credit in a relevant discipline.

3. B.Sc MASS COMMUNICATION: 2 AND 3 YEAR INTENSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME
i. Five (5) O’level credit passes which must include English Language, Literature in English, Mathematics and two other subjects from Arts or Social Science.
ii. Two A’level passes in Arts and Social Science one of which must be Literature in English with a minimum of eleven (11) points.
iii. At least upper credit in OND in Communication Studies and related fields.
iv. At least a Merit pass in DELSU Diploma in Mass Communication.7

ii. Click online registration
iii. Click start
iv. Click on programme
v. Submit form and generate pin
vi. Print out the pin generated
vii. Visit Bank for payment

2. With pin go to Bank for payment before completing form online with recent colour passport sized photo scanned to the JPEG format at not more than 20kb in size.

3. Candidates are advised to use virtual pin immediately as pin is valid for only six (6) hours.
