The management of the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) School of Postgraduate Studies has rolled out the screening exercise procedures for the 2024/2025 Academic Session successful students.

Note: For inquiries/complaint(s), candidates are to use message box icon by the right side of the site to submit all his/her inquiries/complaint(s).

Instructions

Step 1: Login here with Application User ID and Password (as used during your application)

Step 2: Accept Admission letter

Step 3: Pay acceptance fee (₦15,000.00)

Step 4: Download PG Admission letter and Schedule of fees

Step 5: Upload the following documents in jpg format (size must be less than 1MB)

i. Birth Certificate

ii. SSCE Results

iii. HND/Degree Results

Note: The above document(s) may be rejected due to poor or otherwise. However, candidates are expected to re-upload a clearer copy, if any of the documents is rejected. Candidates are to await the verification and notification of acceptance of downloaded documents before proceeding to the next step.

Step 6: Print Acknowledgement Slip, which contains registration number and proceed with screening and registration.

Step 7: Candidates who received their registration number can proceed with registration payments. The following documents will be required for physical documentation at the College of Postgraduate Studies:

ii S.I.F., Payment Receipt, C.R.F. and Acknowledgement

iv. Photocopies of all credentials (for documentations)

Admission letter

Original Credentials (for sighting)

Two (2) Passport photographs
