  • Click on the Home' tab
  • Click on 'Page Layout
  • Click on 'Orientation'
  • Select 'Landscape' Select A4 under (paper) size.
  • Click on file - Click on Print/Ctr+P
  • Select printer
  • Click Ok/ Print button.

  • Select the heading row to freeze
  • Select Freeze pane on the View tab
