(c) State four importance of software maintenance;

(i) To correct faults (e.g) scanning and virus removal, defragmentation)

(ii) To improve performance (e.g software upgrading/updating)

(iii) To adapt to a changing environment

(iv) To prevent faults (e.g installation of Anti-virus)

(v) To proffer solutions to identified software problems

(vi) To predict software expenses (predictive cash flow)..
