Explanation

(a) Peter taught on interpersonal relationship among Christians by encouraging that: Elders are to tend the flock willingly, not by constraint. They are to tend the flock not for shameful gain but eagerly. That they are not to be domineering over those in their charge. They are to be examples to the flock.

(b) Factors which may cause conflict in the society include:

(i) Greed,

(ii) Jealousy and envy

(iii) Negligence of one's duties and obligation.

(iv) Failure to forgive one another.

(v) Indolence and covetousness.

(vi) Lack of respect or regard for constituted authority

(vii) Unwillingness to participate in societal building.
